Our Story
Puppr is a collaboration between husband & wife developer team, Michael & Alice, and celebrity dog trainer, Sara Carson and The Super Collies.
When we (Michael & Alice) got our first dog, we searched around for easy ways to teach him cool tricks and we came across Sara’s viral videos. Riding skateboards, doing flips, jumping rope– the tricks that her dogs were performing were crazy! And even more impressive was Sara’s ability to break down these complex tricks into easy-to-follow steps using only positive reinforcement training techniques.
We reached out to her on Instagram to see if she’d be interested in creating an app together to share her training lessons with the world and Puppr was born.
Just after we released Puppr, Sara’s audition for America’s Got Talent aired on TV. She ended up placing 5th and has been invited back for America’s Got Talent: The Champions which premieres on January 7, 2019. Sara and Hero also set the Guinness World Record for most tricks performed in one minute (49!) in February 2017.
About The Super Collies
Sara Carson and The Super Collies (Hero, Marvel, Fury, and Hawkeye) travel North America teaching dog trick workshops and performing with a popular stunt dog team. Sara is considered one of the top dog trick instructors in the world and a top-5 finalist on America’s Got Talent season 12. Sara and Hero also hold the Guinness World Record for most tricks performed in one minute (49!).
